By accessing and using craftedshlightan.world and the services provided by Craftedshlightan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Craftedshlightan provides professional photography services including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 50% of the total fee). The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photography session.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
Craftedshlightan reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative date.
Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package (typically 3-7 business days). Images are delivered via online gallery or digital download.
The number of images included depends on your selected package. Additional images may be available for purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver images within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to high workload or technical issues.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. We recommend downloading images within 90 days of delivery, as online galleries may be archived after this period.
Clients receive personal use rights for all delivered images. This includes the right to print, share on social media, and use for personal purposes.
Commercial usage rights may be purchased separately. Craftedshlightan retains copyright to all images and reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Images may not be altered, edited, or used in a way that misrepresents the photographer's work without written permission.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the quality or delivery of services, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling or extended sessions.
Craftedshlightan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific photography session. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or client-related issues.
While we take every precaution to protect equipment and deliver quality services, we are not liable for equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
All content on craftedshlightan.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Craftedshlightan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
